I have so many cute little stories about Landon that I don't want to forget. Every day I feel like Landon does something that is so adorable and precious. He is growing so fast and learning how to do so many things it blows my mind. I try to get photos of everything but as we all know that tends to be impossible. So you will have endure this post and probably many future posts without photos. Hopefully at some point I will be able to snag a photo but in the meantime this will have to do.
So Landon here are a few of the cute things you have done lately:
- You love to fall down on Savannah's bed. You crawl (or walk) over to her bed and just flop down. You also like to sit on your knees and bounce up and down. I guess it is your little way of jumping on the bed.
- When we got home yesterday I turned the tv on to Sprout and you instantly sat down in front of the tv Indian style and started watching. I couldn't help to think how grown up you are becoming in that moment.
- You have become fascinated with dressing yourself. You still haven't figured out how to do it but you love to try. We have caught you trying to put on your socks, bib, shoes, hat, and pants. The pants however you were trying to put on your head.
- You are becoming quite the little helper. Ms. Katherine calls your her right hand man. She is totally right! You love your toys, don't get me wrong, but you also enjoy helping mommy and daddy around the house. Lately you have particularly interested in the process of making dinner. You are very good at stirring and "dumping" the ingredients. Your favorite part of course is eating the finished project.
Keep up the cuteness Landon!

The Plains, The Plains
If you haven't noticed I am a little behind on my blogging. We have been so busy out enjoying life and spending time together I just haven't been able to get to the computer to tell you about our journeys.
We never made it to a pumpkin patch last year. Landon was only a few months so there wasn't really a point since he couldn't really enjoy the full experience. This year however it was top priority for the fall. My in-laws (or it could have been my sister-in-law) found a cute little farm about 20 minutes away so we headed down a few weekends ago. We had beautiful weather and a lot of fun. I really love the days that are spent with family just enjoying each other's company. It really reminds you what life is about.
Between Robin, Jessie, and I we managed to take LITERALLY over 200 photos. I wish I could share them all but here are a few of my favorites.

Laundry
You are a silly boy Mr. Landon. A few weeks ago you decided to help us out and go through your laundry. You didn't make any progress as far as putting it away but you sure did have fun trying to put your pajama pants on your head. We had a lot of fun watching you too. It was very entertaining.
Sweet Kisses
Landon,
I just wanted to let you know that Daddy and I love your sweet little kisses. We don't even have to ask for them. On your own you just lean in and give us a sweet little kiss on the check. It melts my heart every time. I love when I pick you up from daycare and you give me a kiss or you lean your head down so I can give you one. You are the sweetest, most precious little boy. I know that one day it will be embarrassing to give me kisses but until that day I will cherish each and every one.
Love,
Mom
